Over many years St Mary's school has been very active raising money for charity. We have supported numerous causes both locally and nationally. Such activities that have benefitted from the generosity of St Mary's children and community include McMillan, Birmingham Children's Hospital, Comic Relief and Marie Curie to name but a few.
We are proud to say that due to the school's continued support the total we have raised continuously increases.
Message from Mrs Bains and St. Mary’s School Council
Children In Need Day
Our Children In Need Day went well on Friday 13th Nov. We managed to raise a grand total of £425.41p. We definitely beat last year’s total of £267.15! The children carried on with their school work in their Pyjamas/Onsies in the afternoon! Well done everyone!
Thank you to Mrs Lynch and our Head Girl Tania and Head Boy Arjun and Deputy Head Boy Vishal for counting all the money and bagging the money correctly to be banked!
This photograph of 6B will put a smile on your face!

For ‘Wear A Christmas Jumper’ to school on Thursday 17th Dec we raised £189.11 for the three charities above. Well done!
